Hey! We’re Jonah and Lucas — two lifelong friends, neighbors, and the faces behind Silverlake Property Services.

We grew up together in the St. Anthony, Northeast Minneapolis, and New Brighton area and graduated from St. Anthony Village High School. This community isn’t just where we work — it’s where we grew up playing, dreaming about our futures, and building memories with the people we love. Being able to give back through our work feels meaningful to us every day.

We started Silverlake Property Services because we genuinely enjoy working outdoors, helping people, and making things look their best. We genuinely love what we do — whether that’s creating a clean, peaceful yard, helping someone clear out junk that’s been sitting too long, or just showing up with a smile and friendly conversation. Building relationships with our neighbors is just as important to us as doing an excellent job.

We’re not a huge company — and that’s the point. We’re two local guys who love our community, show up when we say we will, and work hard to make every yard better than we found it. We hope that every time we leave a driveway or backyard, it’s a place you feel proud of.
