Our team brings hands-on experience in landscaping, property maintenance, and construction.
Jonah Kujawa, founder, spent two summers maintaining the entire Hillside Cemetery property and was trained by a family member who has successfully run a landscaping business for over 15 years.
Co-owner Lucas Olmedo has also worked many hours learning and gaining hands-on experience in landscaping.
In addition, Jonah has two years of experience using power tools and working in construction through Petersons Brothers Roofing Co., as well as experience assisting his father, a real estate developer.
With our combined experience, we take pride in providing reliable, high-quality work on every project.

Silverlake Property Services is a locally owned company run by Jonah Kujawa and Lucas Olmedo. Both of us grew up in the St. Anthony, Northeast Minneapolis, and New Brighton area and proudly graduated from St. Anthony Village High School.
Being lifelong members of this community means a lot to us. We care about the neighborhoods we work in because they’re the same neighborhoods we grew up in. Our goal is to provide honest, reliable service while treating every property with the same care and respect we would our own.
